You receive a full refund or credit when cancelling with 24 hours' notice. The full amount is also refunded if we cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you do not show up 10 minutes after the agreed pickup time, it is treated as a no-show and the full amount is charged. To cancel or ask about a cancellation, call us.

How much is a shared airport transfer in Lanzarote?
The price is per group, not per person: from €45 in zone 1 to 3 and from €65 in zone 4 to 7, for groups of 1 to 4 people. For larger groups the price increases with the number of passengers.
Which areas does the shared transfer cover?
Two areas: Zone 1 to 3 (Playa Honda, Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen, Matagorda, Puerto Calero and Costa Teguise) and Zone 4 to 7 (La Santa, Caleta de Famara, Mala, El Golfo, Tabayesco, Arrieta, Playa Blanca and Órzola).
Does the shared transfer include airport pickup?
Yes. We meet you at Lanzarote airport (meet & greet) and take you to your accommodation. Enter your pickup point and time when booking.

9, 17, 22 and up to 35 passengers per vehicle. You share the ride with other travellers on a similar schedule and route, with waits of no more than 10-15 minutes.
